Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your iTunes or App Store.
  2. Click on your Apple ID and choose "View Apple ID".
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click on "Purchase history".
  5. Click on "Report a problem".
  6. Select the purchase you want a refund for and describe the problem.
  7. Submit your request.

You’ll be updated by Apple within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we don’t manage your Apple subscriptions and payments, so we can’t issue refunds directly. For further information on Apple refunds, refer to Apple Support at the bottom of the linked page.
